meet Sarai:

she lives in a little village outside of Chinandega, Nicaragua. she is a do-er. she loves in the way i am learning to love and hoping i will someday do as well as her. she is sassy and silly and difficult to pick up, but that doesn't stop her from reaching up here arms every time we are near each other. she has taught me how to love and given me a taste of raw love and how is manifests itself in human actions.

love gives a kissy face back:

love embraces the bald girl without question or fear (and brings me more joy than i can express):

and i have seen more expression of love down here in Nicaragua than i know how to handle:

love reads books in Spanish without understanding the language:

love carries rocks to fix a road (on a hot day, for hours on end):

love uses all of it's strength:

love cares about the joy of others:

love enters into sadness:

love can't be contained:

love offers up a smile:

love comes out of nowhere and hits you smack in the heart:

this book, Love Does, has revolutionized the way i see life, do life, experience life, and everything in between. please read it.
