i don't know if any of you people have read my friend talon's blog (talontoday.blogspot.com), but she just posted about how she dreadfully hates school. i think i may agree with talon's feelings, actually, i KNOW i do. yes, i am at school, and yes i am not doing much. i guess i feel like i am either being slammed with homework, being over-ly challenged, or not being challenged at all (emphasize the not being challenged at all). we are going on semester break tomorrow, and i CAN'T wait.
i'm sorry i havn'y put up any pictures, i will soon, because i'll have more time!!
i guess right now i am just trying to enjoy life how it is and be thankful.

well........what to do in school when you are not learning and you are sitting in front of a computer?

hey there. wow its friday and i'm so happy but i am SO bored right now. i am sitting in my tech connections class watching my friend next to me play solitare and listening to bad country music that showed up on the pandora mix my teacher chose. if i look around, i see a feild of computers will people sitting at them, all playing games because they cannot think of anything else to do.
a good song just came on, so i guess that makes things a bit better : ).
now a lady is here to tell us how we could get college credit for this class..
hmph. do i want that?


well anyways..
it's 2:21 and school gets out at 2:30
SWEET!!!!


oh and also today (or maybe its monday...i forget) is Martin Luther King Jr. day. yay! he is worth celebrating and honoring i think.


ALSO, my school's jazz band played today at our MLK assembly and they are so DANG good.
i love jazz music.

ode to a terrible morning:
i open one eye
open the other
and realize
what i hope is not happening
is
in fact
happening.

shutting off the beeping,
i think over the previous night:
an attempt to be finally tucked in at 9
failed
and became 12
sleep passed me by
leaving me awake, reading, until 1 30 precisely, only to turn off the light
and lay awake for 2 more hours
you do the math

coming back to my senses,
i check the clock
for the time
oh, the dreaded time.
it read:
5 : 1 7 am
in bright red
alerting me that i had less sleep than i was hoping

off to the shower i went
-
to put things shortly,
the shower was in a bad mood-
and turned hot,
then cold,
then hot again-
for the entire length of what was supposed to be a lovely morning,
i was just proven to,
that school is not fun

and i am sad for its begining.
