i'm sure many know of the Korean bombshell (well, at least half Korean) and lead singer for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, known as Karen O. i have really been addicted to their music lately so i decided to get to know the fashionista whos voice rocks everyone so hard. Karen was born in south Korea as Karen Lee Orzolek. yes, her father is polish. she later moved to New Jersey. the Yeah Yeah Yeahs have been with interscope records since 2000 and they are still pumping out sleek indie rock tracks like "heads will roll". Karen is known widely for her unique sense of fashion. it is rumored that this is because of her friendship with designer Christian Joy.an outfit that really stood out to me is the one she wears in the music video for "heads will roll". sorry for the poor quality, this was the best picture i could find.
